How do I translate this part of the settings widget? It is not in the widget studio on 'resources' I guess...

See the yellow mark on the image below. I am not able to find this translation anywhere... 
 Is there someone who can help me out?

The translations are found in the Plugin that defines the notifications listed here. In this case, under Administration > Moderation > Moderated Content Rejected on the Translations tab.
