User list REST API always return null value for PrivateEmail

Question

While access user list rest api, I am always getting null value for PrivateEmail field. That private email have the value. Is I am missing any configuration?

The calling user must have Manage Membership site permission, or be the user themselves, in order to see Private Email for users.
