Is there a way to restrict users from liking their own posts and replies?

Was wondering if it is possible to make it so that users cannot like their own content - only posts and replies from other users. Maybe I am just missing it in the user permissions or applications page but curious if anyone has any insight. Thank you!

There's no restrictions available Out Of The Box for existing content types. 
 If you're referring to/developing custom content types, there is ILikeableContentType that can be implemented in a manner that prevents the user from liking content that they've created, via the CanLike() method.
