May we restrict emails from going out prior to the post-date and restrict emails to the author

Question

I had reviewed the Blog content and did not see the answer to these for an impersonation blog post that is being post-dated. We have two questions: 
 - Is there a way to turn off subscriber emails when posting a blog that is post dated? - Is there a way to turn off emails to the post author when posting an article?

Which version of Community are you using? 
 Post dated blogs delay sending notifications until the blog is actually published and visible. 
 Blog Author emails are controlled using the Blog Author Notifiation Type. This can be disabled in Administration > Notifications > Notifications > Blog Author.
