We have users that are assigned as owners of a group; however, not all of the owners can access the blog Feature functionality to highlight the content on the page. How can we assign Feature rights to owners or managers?

We have a European user group that includes a blog on their site. The owners do not automatically have the rights to use the FEATURE functionality to highlight the blog content to the page. Where do we set special permission for owners or managers to have access to the FEATURE functionality.

This option cannot be set at the Group or Application level, Featuring content requires the "Feature Content" site-level permission. That said, you could create a Role that only offered this Permission and assign just a few folks to that Role.
