Create a new permission to group

I applied the code same like as referred but I have some questions below,

1."Permissions" name they didn't give anywhere in this SamplePermissions.csDownload class. Can you suggest me how to give the permission name and  PFA.

2.public class SamplePermissions : IPermissionRegistrar {} in this declaration, SamplePermissions class is a applicationtype or extentionname. Becuase I tried as SamplePermissions.cs class, but its not working for me.

Kindly help me to work this one please 

1.  There is an example in that documentation, the name is set on the permission object you create.

2.  I am not sure what you mean, the example isn't an application type, you need to specify the appropriate type when defining the permissions.  In your case blogs.

Its working for me and new permissions are showing in permission list.

Patrick M.  Give me an idea like how can I retrieve my permissions related data like is checked or not for particular role. Based on that one, I can show or hide the buttons in my pages.Thanks!

Are you looking for the Permissions API?  Permissions (v2) In-Process API Service 

You can make calls using permissionId, userId, and appropriate content or application ids to receive back information on the permission and whether it is allowed for the specified user and content/application.
