Create Poll using REST API

Question

Hi, 
 Im trying to create a new poll using REST resource ( Create Poll REST Endpoint ) using an API KEY. 
 Not sure what the required param ' ContentUrl' is supposed to refer to? 
 I get the below error when I do the post using the baseUrl value on ContentUrl: 
 "Can't perform actions by ContentUrl outside of authenticated OAuth request."]

The direct Poll Create endpoint is only supported in OAuth contexts for creating polls linked to a third party site url. 
 Polls created within Community itself are Embedded Content and created differently - see this thread for more implementation details: community.telligent.com/.../how-do-i-create-a-new-thread-with-an-embedded-poll-using-rest
