Mp4 files are not rendering

Hi Gangadhar- this will likely need to be opened via a support ticket to see what could be going on. When you open it, if we can get a copy of the video and if there is anything in the event log when the video is added. Also what it says in: Admin > File Viewers > Video Transcoder > Videos - when you upload the video. Does it say converted? Example:
