Change layout of one forum page in a group of forums

We have a Group that includes 5 forum applications (the applications are not in subgroups. They are just apps within the Forum Group). We want 4 of those 5 forum pages to look one way. But we have one that needs to display a different widget than the others. Is there a way to do this? How do I override the group theme on just that one application page?

One thing you could try is creating a Page within the group, adding the widgets you want (e.g. the Forum Thread widget directed at the forum in question), and have links to the 5th forum point (like from the group home page or the group menu) to this custom page. You might not be able to use all of the widgets you need, but it depends on what you have on the template in the other 4.
