We have a member for whom we cannot change password using the Administration > Membership panel. The user also cannot change their password via the normal "Email password reset link" method.
When attempting to change password in the Membership panel:
- A generic error box appears saying "An error has occurred. Contact your administrator" (approximate verbiage)
- Strangely, no detailed error is logged in cs_Exceptions
Steps we have tried:
- Successfully change password on other users (non-admins)
- Successfully change password on other users (admins)
- Restart services
- Restart IIS
- Restart web server
If anyone could brain dump some things to try — anything that comes to mind would be great – we would greatly appreciate it.
