is there any we can register for an Event using rest api .
There is no REST API available for Calendar Event Registration.
Is there any road map on this for next versions

The following has been logged to look into creating the REST API for Calendar Event Registration.
And just to clarify, logging considers is for future releases but does not mean it is scheduled for it.
