Hi Oli, using the APIs you can export threads, however no out of the box button to click to export a thread. What is the use case you are after for this one? Make sure I'm thinking of all the options for you. Thanks!
Gotcha! Very helpful, thanks Oli. A bit more analysis than what is in our reporting, I assume? Don't want to bombard with questions, but I would love to learn a bit more about what type of information you're after so that we could work to improve based on the various scenarios our customers see. You are correct, I do not see an easy way to get exactly what you list above in the Reporting section. I was meaning why you are wanting the data, and subsequently what you are hoping to do with it. I know it may sound obvious, but I don't like to assume why someone wants particular types of data. Helps give us the context so when we build anything new.
The current reports came from customer interviews prior to building. While we learned rarely were any two customers after the same data, we took the reasons why they were after data and built out the Reporting section to address those reasons. Not done building yet, hence my questions, so thank you thank you for bearing with me!
