What would cause a forum reply NOT to be verified even if it had met the requisite number of votes. Wanted to check to see if I'm missing a setting somewhere before I open up a case.

And here's the suggested answer that is still not verified, even with 4 votes.
This is not the only example of this on our community, so I'm wondering if there's something else at play here. Thanks for any ideas!
