Users cannot submit images with their ideas.

Hi Tamanna thanks for the question! This is likely due to your settings allowing standard users to upload a max file size. You can find more information here: (Missing Wiki Page) Admins/Group Owners are typically set up to bypass this restriction. To allow regular users to upload larger files, the directions in the wiki I linked will walk you through that. Let us know if you have any questions!

Hi Grant! I followed the directions and went to the screen in the admin panel. And my settings are already modified like I had suspected. Attached is the screenshot of the settings for the ideation application. In my case I am testing with a 11 KB jpg file. And i see that extension already listed in the file extensions text box. Any other ideas?

Let's check one more spot, if this is not helpful, then a support ticket is likely going to be our next step:  How can I control the types and sizes of files that members can upload? This is slightly different than the other link. The other one focuses on specific applications, which perhaps I was incorrectly thinking. The new link focuses on member uploads which may be the culprit here. Sorry for the extra step, but thanks for staying with me on it!
