Reporting on multiple groups

I have a community that is used globally by different countries. For example community.com/au, community.com/us, community.com/de (they are each sub-groups from the home group). Within Reporting for the Australia team, we are having trouble viewing only content within the Australian subgroup tree.

Is there a way to add filters or even group a bunch of sub groups together to view the reports with only the information from a certain country/ URL prefix?

Most reports that can be scoped to a group have a group filter in the header allowing for the selection of one or more groups along with a checkbox to include sub-groups. Is this filter not producing the results you'd expect?

The reporting metrics inside of the 'group details' report is something that would be extremely useful to see for multiple groups.

I know that this report is for individual groups, but just wanted to understand if this is something that can be customised to be able to include multiple groups in the data.
