User lists with multiple roles

In automation script, is there any script API method, where we can get a list of users having only two roles ("Everybody" and "Registered Users") and not having any other role. We don't want to loop through the entire user list for checking the individual roles?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to perform this kind of query directly via the API without reducing lists directly within a script. Depending on the automation type, it may run on the job server, which would reduce the performance penalty of this kind of action. Taking a step back, what are you trying to achieve? There may be an alternative approach.
