Is there a way to get a report of the number of searches?

I'm filling out the Community Roundtable State of Community Management annual survey. One of the questions is "How many searches were performed in the last month?" Is there any way to get this in Verint? I am finding Top Searches and Searches with No Results, but nothing that indicates the total number of searches.

  • If you have Google Analytics I think it is fair to include the number of users from organic search traffic sources.  Those are users that performed a search, saw results for content in your community on the SERP, and clicked on one to enter your site.  Also, if you have an integration with the search on your main website and can track entrances from it to your community, those could be combined with organic search traffic from GA.  Both of those are justified as users that searched for community content in my mind.
