The request is about pulling in to the community the custom UserID they assign to users within their OIDC SSO. They have started using google analytics to track their users across 3 different sites (one of which being their community).
Currently they are seeing two different userID's within their google analytics account, one set of ID's is their custom ID assigned to the user through the SSO, the second set of ID's is the internal verint community userID.
They have asked us to pull the custom Id from the SSO token into the community to then pass that custom ID into their google analytics code (which is currently sitting in a custom widget inside the community).
I just wanted to understand if this was something verint has done for a client before and if this is something you would be able to help us out with, and if there are any best practises you may be able to share with us?
