I have made header changes to a theme and I have published them. The edit on layouts and the header look right. But when I view the site or any of the layouts the header changes are not visible. It's like I didn't publish them. When I try to preview the site it says "The 'Social' group theme has no staged changes available for review, but it can still be previewed. Select the group in which to preview and click 'Start Preview'." so no changes are pending.
I have clears the caches already and published. Just can't see my changes.
