Forum Mute token for emails points to blank page

Hi ,

I want to add unsubscribe link to all the Email Notifications, can someone let me know how that can be achieved in Verint.

Hi,  . We are seeing this issue for one of our forum thread emails. We also cannot get the MUTE button to appear on the thread through forum links. Do you have a potential solution or setting that we can review.

The mute button should be found in the Forum Thread notification at Administration > Notifications > Notifications > Forum Thread. The Templates tab has the email templates used for this notification, and the Email - Footer template is where this link is added.

Hi,  . The mute link is included in the forum email today, but it takes no action when it is clicked. For the forum page that is experiencing this issue, we noticed that the "MUTE" option was not appearing in the Forum - Links widget for that site when it is added. No action is being taken when it is clicked and no option is available to user on the Forum - Thread page. I thought there might be a fix in this earlier response.

Which version of Community are you using? this fix was completed for 11.1.7 / 12.0.1. If you have an earlier version please upgrade to recieve the fix.
