Default Group theme layout

Hi,

I tried to change the default Group Them layout as below by going Manage Group Theme > Manage Default Group Theme > Edit this page > layout and selected the layout as below.

But this is layout is not reflecting to the existing groups. Is there any way to achieve this.

Per the description of the Manage Default Group Theme option, the default theme is used when a group has not yet published changes. Once a group has been published, you'll need to make layout changes directly to that group.
