Hi,

I have a few questions related to email notifications:

1. Is there a way to subscribe new users to email notifications by default?

2. Is there a way to track email notification opens and click through rates?

Hi Rose,

1. New users will have the general option to receive email notifications on by default, however individual notification subscriptions (for specific groups or apps) would need to be added. This can be achieved via automation using the API Event trigger type on user create.

2. We do track notification read status via email, but we don't track click through rates. You could use the notification list api to get information on read status.
