Achievement not reflecting in profile

I do not see achievement in my profile section even if I have matched the criteria. However admin can see my name under that achievement. Usually how much time it takes to reflect it in my profile. Secondly is there any backend job which runs to assign the achievement to user(s)?

Did you receive a notification that you got the achievement?

Most achievements are triggered off of specific events such as forum threads being created, not backend jobs. There may be some caching delay on showing the achievement in the list, but I would expect the achievement being awarded to clear that cache and therefore show right away.
