Not sure if I need to open a case for this one. I'm using version 11.1.4.12924.
I have added some videos to a media gallery. Two of those videos are links to vimeo. But the thumbnails for these two vimeo videos don't display when I use the Media Gallery - File List.
Here's what I see on the gallery page, looking at the Media Gallery - File List widget:
No Vimeo. But here's the catch: if I click on, say, the YouTube thumbnail, and then return BACK to this page after watching it by clicking the BACK button on my browser, the Vimeo thumbnails appear, like this:
They don't appear as thumbnails, but at least they are showing up!
I have tried adding "www" to the Vimeo URLs, but that had no effect.
Is this a question for Support?
