Bulk Delete Community Members

We are in the process of a community member cleanup and have identified over 100k users that we would like to remove from the community.  We have the user ID and email of the community members.  However, there does not seem to be a bulk delete tool for membership.  Is there an option that I am missing or has this operation not been performed within any Verint community in the past?

There is no built in process for bulk delete.  An Automation is a good option if you have defined criteria (accounts with no posts that haven't accessed the site in 6 months, etc.)  This can be set to run on a schedule as well.  You could also have a process that makes REST requests to delete each account.  There are lot of options available depending on your specific needs.
