I see in the REST response for getting a user that there is a property called "ReceiveEmails". How does an end user set this in the UI? I might just be blind, but I can't seem to locate it.
Click on profile avatar -> Settings -> "Enable Email contact"
Thanks! So weird though, my pre-production environment has that setting (plus a tab for Email Digests), but my migration dry run environment doesn't. I'm going to ask our migration support about that. Thanks for your help!
Ah, I bet in Admin -> Site Settings -> Email they have email disabled which turns off email for everyone and would hide this.
