As an admin, I would like to get notified on system events such as "the site is down for some reason", "the upper limit of storage is reached', "too many requests for an event", or "consecutive abuse reports for certain user" and so on. Is there is a way to configure this in the admin dashboard? The preferred mode of notification would be by email.
