Can you see the number of log ins on your community in reports?

We are trying to look at reports to see whether our number of member log-ins will increase from a baseline taken this month, compared to the number of log ins in the future after we run a marketing campaign. We do not see the option to filter by # of log-ins on the community as an activity or form of participation.

Has anyone else found a way to collect this information on user participation?

  • If you're looking for users that have logged in (versus how many times a user logged in), you can use Reporting > Members > Participation and see the Unique Viewers count. I think this would be valuable given your use case, but it also sounds like you're asking for # of TIMES someone has logged in ("Avery logged in" = 1, versus "Avery logged in every day for a week" = 5). You could also take this same report and export it to CSV, then add the unique viewers for a daily count.

I don't think this is perfect and have had a lot of similar issues with reports where it's not QUITE what I'm looking for, so I've been doing workarounds like the above.
