We are getting this error constantly when we try to delete a user, "The member account, xxxxxxx, was scheduled to be deleted but an issue prevented the deletion from completing: An unknown error occurred. "
created a ticket... no resolution. our system is running almost completely out-of-box,
this is a very problematic issue since most of this users are spamers/scammers that hit with brute force our automated filters.
does anyone have a solution or is just that we need to look for another platform?
