Give users permissions to edit only their own events.

Question

It doesn't seem to be possible to give users permissions to edit only their own events. You can either disallow editing of events or allow editing of all users' events. How can I restrict a user's permissions to editing only their own event?

This is the current behavior, but I've logged a bug to review it: 
 TE-15914 
 In most other applications, authors can always edit their own content. Note that in calendars, authors can delete their own events even without the Delete Event permission.
