Azure Installation Times Out

I have gone through the process of installing on Azure, but when I go to the home page, it times out. See below: Also see attached file for .Net exceptions that were thrown in the process when I ran a profiler trace.

Could you share details for the app service plan you are using? The lower tiers (ex. B1, S1) with low ACU can be too slow to support the initialization, especially the ones with a single vCPU.
