I can't get the email sending working on localhost. I have tried different test SMTP tools, using server 127.0.0.1 on port 25.
SMTP configuration is not really something we can help you with. You are going to have to find resources on setting up an SMTP server locally and making sure you have modified windows/firewalls to handle it.
