Integration examples for small businesses

Hello, 
 I'm a small business owner from Lausanne Switzerland, specialized in flowers. Our colleagues which are part of a larger network of florists suggested we install Verint Community to collaborate together. Not being tech-savvy, I find it difficult to picture it, the examples I've seen are mostly in the tech sector. Just reading the forums here is very intimidating as most people seem familiar with computer concepts that are absolutely alien to me. Should I just give up now or is it really possible for the average person to use such tools? My question is basically beyond that are there any examples of successful integratrion for small businesses? Thank you for any help you may have. Barbara Latour Lausanne

Hi Barbara - thank you for posting in our community. Many of the examples we have are tech companies but we do have plenty of non-tech type examples to share with you. Communities are great for connecting people to people and people to content in an engaging way. You don't need to be technical or a big company use the product to engage your team or your customers or enthusiasts.
