New to reporting so bear with me...
Looking at reporting for recently upgraded site from 10.1 to 11.1.1.9982 and I see totals for content and members and new members/groups, but I don't see data for Active Content/Members/Groups and the interactions counter is at 0 despite definitely having lots of traffic new and old.
I reset the reporting from Extensions>Reporting and viewed content started having data so I'm hopeful that maybe a reset was all that was needed.
Following the helpful guidance in this post about reviewing the ETL logs for the reporting service, it seems that there are errors around dbo.StagingActivities and dbo.StagingNew_FactUserActivities (specifically "The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object name") on every run.
Before I go barking up the wrong tree, are these the right objects that would contain the missing data if it could be written?
If so, is this something I'm going to need to open a support ticket to resolve?
