After getting a spam post and having it flagged as abusive, the post shows that it is unavailable pending moderation (as expected). However, users who have the post in their activity stream seem to be generating an exception:

Is this normal, and if so, can I turn off this exception (since I don't really want to see how many users are trying to see a pending moderation post)?
