"undefined replies" shown after replying to a thread

Are you replying on a separate window?  Do you have the Socket Bus enabled?

I don't know as it's a sandbox Verint PS set up (11.0.0.8041).  I have now closed all browser tabs to the site down except one and cannot recreate at the moment.
