EvolutionSync cookie is not available

Is the cookie being created?  Is your custom plugin enabled with the dll on all web nodes and the job server?  Are there any exceptions being logged?

Hi, the cookie is created but is visible only for the Telligent website. In the admin area there is a box where we can setup for which domain should the cookie be created and it is setup as it should ( I think)

I am not sure about what plugin you talk here. I have an external website on the same domain which tried to read that cookie but the cookie is not created for the ".mydomain.com" but for ".telligent.mydomain.com"

By plugin, I was referring to the component you wrote.  The cookie should be created for the closest common ancestor shared by the two domains, in this case ".mydomain.com".  Please review the following guide:
community.telligent.com/.../cookies-authentication

Also, if you're using Forms Authentication in your telligent community website and it is cookie creator, make sure you have your cookie domain set to ".mydomain.com" in Administration > Authentication > Cookies and your cookie path is correct.

So, what I wrote is a module on the website. In my case the login system is Telligent thus I don't think I have to register anything on Telligent. In that guide they talk about the scenario when you use an external login system for Telligent. Or maybe I am wrong ? If I am not, it's not my case

Can you validated your cookie path and cookie domain in Administration > Authentication > Cookies?

I checked this with telligent admin and it looks like this one does not have the right value and for some reason they can't change it at this point. This might be the problem, thanks :-) If still doesn't work after the test, I will be back to this discussion

If you are trying to get single sign in, that is not the appropriate cookie, that is meant for a whole different process that invovles more than just reading a cookie in order to be secure.  We support SSO using cookies, its documented here:
