Telligent 10 cannot send private message

Hi,

Since we upgraded to Telligent 10, we encountered some bugs, this is one of them.

When I try to send a private message, the private message dialog box resizes to a point that it cannot be edited. 

May it be related to the other errors that occured since we upgraded?

p.s. The error message that I get in the chrome browser console is:

    This sounds like it may be separate, though if the root cause of all of these is an incomplete or broken upgrade, they could all stem from that. I would expect there to be a corresponding exception logged. Would it be possible to share a diagnostic export (administration > about > download diagnostics) immediately after attempting to send a private message? This would include any such exception.
