After you have installed, upgraded, or moved Zimbra Community to another server, you may encounter configuration issues that prevent you to successfully open the application.
What happens when you go to http://yoururl.com/ (that is, the home page of your site)?
- Get a page full of markup such as the following:
<%@ Page %>
This page is a placeholder for URL rewriting.
- Page Not Found (404) error - go to Stage 2.
What happens when you go to http://yoururl.com/default.aspx instead of http://yoururl.com?
See the home page or a different error page - Set a default document.
Page Not Found error - Go to Stage 3.
What happens when you visit http://yoururl.com/error.htm?
Page saying "Sorry, there was a problem with your last request!" - [[How to: Install or Enable Microsoft ASP.NET|Enable/Install ASP.NET]].
Page full of markup - [[How to: Install or Enable Microsoft ASP.NET|Enable/Install ASP.NET]].
Page Not Found error (404 error) - Set File permissions page.
Blank page - go to Stage 4.
