To change a role assigned to a user:
- Navigate to Control Panel > Membership Administration > Members and Roles > Manage Users > (user name) > Roles.
The User Roles dialog box appears. The role(s) assigned to the user are listed in the right panel, while all other available roles are in the left panel.
Select the role you want to change (such as remove) and click the correct arrow button. A single right arrow moves one role from available to roles they are in. A double right arrow moves all available roles to the roles the user is in. A single left arrow moves one role from those the user is in to available. A double left arrow removes all roles.
- Click Save to commit changes.
