In Telligent Community 9.0, blog, forum, and media gallery application and database files are separated out into different database tables, allowing quicker and more efficient retrieval.
You should monitor several areas of Telligent Community:
Exception management
For exception management, review the data located in the cs_Exceptions table. This will give you insight into any exceptions.
You can find a viewer in the Control Panel at ~/controlpanel/Tools/Reports/ExceptionsReport.aspx. Over time, you may want to truncate this table or archive this data to a separate table to maintain optimal performance for both the report viewer and exception logging activity in your community.
Event logs
Telligent Community events are placed in cs_EventLog. You can view this data in ~/controlpanel/Tools/EventLogViewer.aspx. The EventLog has a tendency to be populated with lots of data, especially if your site is running Telligent Community search. You may want to truncate or archive the data in this table to maintain optimal performance for both the report viewer and event logging activity in your community.
Deleted posts
The cs_posts_deleted_archive table stores deleted posts. This table does not store a full post, just the main portions of the post. Over time, you may want to review this data and truncate it as well.
