As an administrator, you can view and change components of any user's profile. Use caution when making changes to a user's profile information since this is visible to all members of your community.
To modify a user's profile content:
- Navigate to Control Panel > System Administration > Membership Administration > Members and Roles > Manage Users > (user name) > Edit > Profile Fields. You will see several read-only options:
- Alias (same as username)
- Member since (when he/she joined the community)
- Last Login date
- Last activity
- You can modify/add/remove:
- Name - Display name of the user in Name, which is typically the full first and last names of the user rather than the shortened username.
- Share favorites - Whether or not to share the user's favorites.
- Bio - Written in the Telligent Community Server enhanced text editor.
