In 9.0, the page import and export can include either the the current page (including header and footer, whether or not they have been edited), or the entire theme config (including the theme's configuration, app pages (including unedited), header, and footer. Note that none of these export or import options include widgets. To import or export widgets, you will need to import or export a site, group, or blog theme from Manage Themes.
Exporting a page will download the file to your default download location.
Import page layouts
- Click Modify [x] theme.
- Click Import theme.
- Click Select file.
- Navigate to the file you want to import.
- Click Choose or Open.
- Any differences between the page, header, or footer you currently have and the import file will be listed.
- Select the aspects of the theme that you would like to import.
- Click Import.
- Click OK in the confirmation box. A message is displayed asking whether you would like to refresh the page with the changes.
- Click OK if you would like to see the changes in the refreshed page.
Export page layouts
- Click Modify [x] theme.
- Click Export theme.
- Select from the following:
- This page only - The contextual home page (fsuch as the site home page if you are on the site theme) will be exported. The export file will include the header, footer, and page whether or not they have been edited in your session.
- Entire theme configuration - The theme configuration, header, footer, and pages will be exported.
- Entire theme configuration for user/group/blog/site - Tthe entire user, group,or blog theme (with theme configuration, header, footer, and all pages) will be exported.
- Entire default user/group/blog/site theme configuration, including the default theme configuration, header, footer, and all pages, will be exported.
The theme file will be exported to your default download location.
