To find a specific user to manage in Administration:
- Mouse over Management.
- Click Administration.
- Navigate to Membership > Members.
- Enter your search criteria in the Search field. You can use * and % characters as wildcards. For example, to search for all members whose names start with A, enter A*. To search for all members whose name contains admin, enter %admin%. To view all users, simply type *.
- To search using more parameters, select the More optionscheck box. The folliowing options are displayed:
- Sort results by username or email address - There are two drop-down lists you can use to select how to display t;he results:
- Username or email
- A-Z or Z-A
- Filter results by date - There are four drop-down list options you can choose from:
- Date joined
- On (date)
- After (date)
- Before (date)
- Filter by role- There are five drop-down list options you can choose from:
- All
- Administrators
- Everyone
- Moderators
- Registered users
- Membership status - There are five drop-down list options you can choose from:
- All
- Approved
- Pending approval
- Banned
- Disapproved
- Search for - There are three drop-down list options you can choose from:
- Username or email
- Username
- Number of results to display - There are five drop-down list options you can choose from:
- 10
- 20
- 30
- 40
- 50
- Sort results by username or email address - There are two drop-down lists you can use to select how to display t;he results:
- Click Search.
