I'm trying to create a rule and on the Then part, when I want to add a user to a group under a certain condition, I can't specify the group name because the Group field returns zero results when searching.
What may be the cause for this?
No I cannot and I already deleted the existing index
Any particular reason you deleted your index?
Was search ever running successfully? If so, what could have changed between the time it was running and you deleted the index? Any environment changes (ex. proxy or firewall between web server and search server)? Is the job server running? When is the next schedule runtime for search indexing (Administration > Jobs -> Search Indexing).
Just following the documentation here https://community.telligent.com/community/9/w/user-documentation/51445/search-index-problems#reset , I updated the community with a copy of database + filestorage of production, so reindexing was a must. And I have the same issue, the search works, it simply doesn't search for groups.. Here is a snapshot of the Index jobs
I also found this extension configuration and groups seem to be included.
