I have a user on an iPhone8 that is trying to add a .mov file as the post image to a blog. It works on my iPhone6, but on the iPhone8, it counts up to 100% and then just flickers back to "Select Photo" text.

Which version is this? Are there any exceptions in the log? Did you also upload a .mov and make sure it's an allowed file type?
Version 9.0 I was able to upload a movie from my iPhone 6 - I can double-check the file type, but I just assumed they were the same.
Steven, in 9.x where do we view allowed file types?
For 9, it should be the same as prior to 10.1 here: https://community.telligent.com/community/archive/f/developer-forum/1145428/can-t-upload-7z-attachments (i.e. there would still be that communityserver.config setting). But if you're seeing different behavior for different phones against the same community using the same file, then it's probably not that. What versions of iOS are on the devices?
Michael Monteleone - it appears to be a file size issue for the Post Image field. Is there any way to increase this? I have tried in the control panel under the "Blog Application" and file storage settings, but that didn't work. I logged in as the user having issues and was able to upload a 3sec video, but not a 25 second one.
