Some users are reporting that when they are typing their message to request a colleague, the "send request" message button disappeared.

We are on 9.0

Sorry for the trouble. A few initial questions: What is the the full version? Are you able to reproduce this? What types, if any, customizations are in the theme? Is there any pattern for the affected users? (version of browser, os, device) Thanks!

They are using IE 11 and Chrome. I am not able to replicate.
