Group permissions don't seem to be updating correctly
Does it seem to be fine if the site reloads?
To add while I saw this happen once, I have failed to have it happen again, and when the site loaded the role list was correct(could also have just needed to completely leave the side panel)
I'll double check when I go back to it tomorrow, maybe just caching.
It does look like either caching or a background task needing to complete.
