development environment just hangs

Just sits on this screen no response, or actually it is going very, very slow, lots of exceptions, but none logged. If I disconnect the debugger and restart the web container the site comes up.

For what it's worth, this isn't a default configured path in the template. By default, it uses ${workspaceFolder}/artifacts/build for the debug build output path, which is also used as the mount point for the /app/cfs/plugins path in the compose definition. It's fine to change these up from the defaults, but make sure they're changed everywhere, which could also potentially cause issues with DLL resolution in the app.
