Configuration panel broken with complex configuration options

Video transcoding works, but seems there may potentially be an incompatibility with this video. I'll look into that.

For the configuration issue, there should likely be a client-side error associated with the behavior you're seeing, either on first load of the panel or perhaps after a full page refresh. Can you share that? And can you also share the configuration definition?

The video was created with MS Snipping tool, I'll get the things shortly

Thanks. I wasn't able to replicate the transcoding issue in a dev environment, and attempting a re-encode here worked.
